No Sound on PM 4.65

I am trying to play some notes  that I added to some photos but whenever I try to play these I get this message, This photos has sound but sound playback is currently disabled go to preferences , general and enable sound play back, but when I go there I can find no mention of sound playback to enable.

Sorry, the message is misleading.  Open up the Preferences dialog and click on the 'Accessibility' tab.  Then enable sound playback by clicking on the check box.
