Adjust IPTC Capture time by fixed increment

I am using PM 4.6.6 on Win Vista 64. Since I traveled to the East coast and  forget to reset my camera's clock for the 3 hour time change, I want to update the IPTC capture time by 3 hours for multiple images. How do I do this without doing each image individually?

Use the Adjust Capture Dates and Times command on the Tools menu.
