PM Mac OS X: Eject disk from side-bar.
« on: October 21, 2010, 03:23:04 AM »
Hi,

Would it be possible to be able to eject disks (memory card, hard disk, whatever) from Photo Mechanics folder/disk list?
Currently I have to open Finder every time I want to eject an disk.

Either by having Eject-icon next to disk like Finder does, opening menu-list on top of Disk icon or the best - by selecting the disk and pressing cmd + E.

Right.. found this one: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=2935.0
So no need for ejecting of ingested disks ;)
How about being able to eject hard disks though?

Have you tried right-clicking on the drives in the Navigator and seeing what commands are available?  If the OS tells PM that a particular device can be Ejected or Unmounted, then those commands will be available for that device in the Navigator.
