How do I set it up so that when I have typed in a title, location and country in the Headline box and then I hit the "Apply Stationery to Selected" button the title,city, state etc plus my name appears in the Caption box?

How do I set it up so that when I have typed in a title, location and country in the Headline box and then I hit the "Apply Stationery to Selected" button the title,city, state etc plus my name appears in the Caption box?   

I'm not sure I follow.  You're not entering that information also into the Location, Country, City, etc. fields as well as entering them in the Headline field?

I solved the problem by hitting the lightning symbol on the bottom left corner, added headline, location etc and then re hit the same symbol.
