Losing data on ITPC pad
« on: January 05, 2011, 03:25:20 PM »
MACBook Pro Snow Leopard latest softwareUsing PM 4.6.6

When I put stuff in the ITPC pad like City, State, Location and add it, I go back in later and it is gone.nI have also added the stuff by going to the edit window and add but I lose the stuff, usually after I turn of the computer and turn it back on. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing.  It is a bug in 4.6.6.  Version 4.6.7 (in beta, see the Announcements section) fixes this issue.

Would you be willing to send me your preferences files (once I tell you what files I need)?

Thanks,

Sure. Explain what you need in simple terms. I'm not a computer whiz.

Harvey's issue was that he was doing a 'Force Quit' on PM instead of letting PM quit on its own.
