PM catalog app still coming?

A long time ago, there was hint of the possible development of a PM cataloging app... to replace Expression Media :-) ?

Any news or ETA?

We're still working on it.  It's coming along nicely, but there are still a number of things left to do on it though.  There is a similar thread you might want to read:
