fixed <IPTC stationery pads> saving snapshots

Hello,

to improve my workflow, I like to have the option to save a snapshot (COPY/MOVE/SAVE/FTP AS ...)with a fixed IPTC form. Now, the saved IPTC stationery form will change with a modified IPTC stationery pad.
