Label folders with a color

I am running Photo Mechanic version 4.6.7 and I run Win 7 OS.
I cannot find how you can color label a folder, I can see on the instruction manual that if you right click a folder then you have the option but I do not get this option when I try it as per the attachment.

That feature is only offered on the Mac OS X version since the OS has the capability of setting colors on folders.  Windows does not offer that feature.
