uninstall
« on: November 11, 2011, 11:50:14 AM »
I have a problem with PM  http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=6704.0 )

I think if I uninstall PM and reinstall that it will be fixed.

When I tried it, the reinstall used the same configuration as the former.

So my question is how to  I *TOTALLY* uninstall PM - - config files, registry entries .. etc..

I want a new clean (totally clean) installation

(Win7)

thanks,
Joe

The folks in our support group would be able to help walk you through the procedure.  Did you call them?  503-547-2888

I just deleted the PM files in the App Data folder and reinstalled PM and my problems went away.

Thanks,
