Catalog Software
« on: April 12, 2012, 07:07:56 PM »
Hey guys.  It's no longer "Early in 2012."   You really need to make the catalog software that you showed at PhotoPlus available or change your website.  You're looking a little foolish talking about a release in early 2012.

Yes, it's right, we are now almost end of april.. and are waiting with curiosity for new "catalog" soft.. People who not use LR or Aperture and/or working with NX2, really need such a software I think ? Hope we will not have to wait so long time..

An update on the "early 2012" would be very much appreciated. Could do with something a little more than "coming soon". If it's going to be another couple of months, fine, just let us know.

The lack of information really makes you wonder if the software ever will see the light of day. More than six months has passed since the announcment and all that has followed is silence.

Feel duty bound to hold out for it to appear, with Photo Mechanic being such a solid product, and nothing else out there really appeals.

We will be making a "non-foolish" announcement about Photo Mechanic 5 and the Catalog feature early next week.  We certainly don't want anyone to think we've gone nuts (just crazy busy).

(update May 9): Please see the Announcements section.
