"Show ingest dialog on mount of disc" stopped working

I'm running PM 4.6.8 on a Mac OS X 10.6.8. Everything was great, then all of a sudden the "show ingest dialog" on mount of camera disc stopped working. I now have to open PM manually, select the disc, then do an ingest.

Any suggestions on how to get it to open the ingest dialog box again when I insert my card?

See page 146 of the Photo Mechanic User Guide.  It tells you how to get Image Capture to launch Photo Mechanic when a card is mounted.  You can get the manual here:
