color tag
« on: June 21, 2012, 07:24:38 AM »
Hello!
I have just installed the newest PM.  After editing a photo with photoshop, the color tag is disappeared, wich means a lot of work to put it on again.
Is there something I do wron?
Please help me!

Best regards, Michiel Wijnbergh

What kind of photos are you working with?  JPEGs?  RAWs?  PSDs?  TIFFs?

Michiel,

Can you post screenshots of your IPTC/XMP preferences and your Files preferences from the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog?

Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshots.

Thanks,

-Kirk

Kirk, I think I found out: " read embedded xmp before iptc" solves the problem.

But the last upgrade was the first   wich didn't take over the previous settings.... so I didn't think of this possibility.

Thanks anyway,
