Not responding when "FTP as" is used
« on: July 06, 2012, 05:13:56 AM »
Hello-

Recently I have been having a problem with Photo Mechanic not responding when I try and FTP an image.  I am using 4.6.9 on Windows 7.  Any help would be great.

Brendan,

What kind of images are you sending?  How many are you sending at a time?  Does your hard drive have plenty of free space on it?

Are you receiving any error messages?

JPGs.  I have tried anywhere from 1 to 10.  The FTP dialog never even comes up.

How are you bringing up the Uploader dialog?  Keyboard shortcut, or via the menus?

Does the application hang at that point?  Or does it crash?

In both cases it crashes regardless of shortcut or menu.
