IPTC Staionary Pad does not re-size horizontally on Windows 7

In PM 5 beta 2: The left-right arrow appears on the right margin but dragging does not affect the size. In PM 4 horizontal re-sizing also did not occur.

The IPTC Stationery Pad dialog is not resizable horizontally.   This is intentional.

The reason I asked is that on my system the dialog is cut off slightly on the right.
