Am I correct in assuming that the upgrade license that I bought on 7/5 will cover the full version of V5 and I do not need to purchase to purchase an upgrade when it goes on sale Monday (I see the price has changed.)

Mick,

You are correct.  If your updates period includes June of 2012 then you are eligible for Photo Mechanic: Version 5.  No additional purchase is necessary.
