32 bit or 64 bit

I use a dual boot Windows 7 machine; 32 bit and 64 bit.  I know that PM version 5 works on either but since it is not a true 64 bit app, is there an advantage/disadvantage installing it under 64 bit? The computer has 8 gigs of ram which 32 bit can't address but would PM be able to use it?  I tried PM V4 both ways and saw no difference.

PM 5 is 32-bit only, but it will have more RAM available in its address space when run on a 64-bit Windows system.  It is a significant difference.
