A new build of Photo Mechanic: Version 5 is now available. Its build number is 13158. You can check your build number by viewing the About dialog from within Photo Mechanic.

Registration dialogs now use the same language to describe the fields of the Registration Information that the online store does. For instance, Photo Mechanic 5 (the initial release) used the term Password and the store used the term License Key. Build 13158 uses the term License Key.
Fixed a memory leak in the new JPEG size limit code. Reliability on large jobs should be greatly improved.
Fixed various hang problems in the Windows version that would occur when a modal dialog (like the IPTC Stationery Pad or Save As dialog) would bring up a progress dialog which was also modal.
Windows Mouse wheel now scrolls the controls in the IPTC dialogs whenever the mouse is over the controls area and the wheel is rotated.
Activating AP Custom Features no longer attempts to download and verify the AP database.
Fixed a crasher on Mac when using keyboard control navigation to switch from Ingesting disks/folders in the Ingest dialog.
Please use this new release as it should be much better than the last build.
