Upgrade sale ends to day - can't get through

There's no "sales" forum, so I go ahead and post here.
I just learned today about the sales for PM5 going on and ending tonight.

I think I am eligible fir the upgrade, but the store doesn't show it. Can't get through by phone, emailed sales but no reply so far.

Is there any chance reduced upgrades will be honored past tonight in such cases?

According to PM's facebook sale is extended to Aug 20th

The sale is definitely being extended to August 20th.  No need to rush.  If you've sent in an email to sales@camerabits.com with your prior license details, they will be able to help you get your upgrade at the reduced price.
