IPTC INFO & SET COLOR CLASS
« on: August 19, 2012, 12:11:17 PM »
Often, when I write into the IPTC STATIONARY and/or selected a set color class, and send all images, if I open again the files, every note ( IPTC AND COLOR CLASS ) are lost. Why?!?!?

How are you viewing the IPTC data?

If you're not using the IPTC Info dialog then you're likely using the IPTC Stationery Pad which does not display metadata for individual files.
Are you viewing IPTC data using the IPTC Info dialog?  You bring up that dialog by clicking on the 'i' button that appears when you hover your mouse cursor over an item.

Are you editing directly on your camera card?   PM 5 doesn't write to camera cards.  Ingest first, then edit.
