Eos-5D cr2 File corrupted...

Hello..
i have 5D corrupted raw file..

it can see thumnail image in DPP..
but in PSCS2, C1Pro, ACDSEE can't see..

during CF Memory Back up.. happen ..
but i rewrite That cf.. so.. never recover images...

how can i get thumnail image in CR2?

i Know That thumnail is so Big size...

That Photo is very important....
please help me...
