Help with Extensis Portfolio meta extraction

Trying to configure the meta fields in Extensis Portfolio.

1. Can i get a list of the field values of the items in Stationary Pad?
2. I see from a previous post that the fv for Supplimentary Cats is 532, but no matter what i do, on the Supp Cat 3 is ingested into that field.
3. I have the Field value for IPTC Headline set to IPTC Headline and the object name shows up there.

Anyone out there using Portfolio that can help me out?

Can't Portfolio simply use XMP instead of legacy IPTC?
