Making new foldesr in Favorites window.

I have an issue that whenever I try to create a new folder via the favorites window (on Windows 7 64-bit) the folder does not appear in the favorites window. The folder is created as normal, as a default 'new folder', and is displayed in the navigator window but not the favorite one.

If the entire pane is refreshed it appears.

It's v5 build 13217 on Windows 7x64 (sorry for not saying that originally!).
