Can't move Favorites window

My Favorites window is positioned in the top left corner of PM and when I try to drag the Favorites the title bar the PM Menu Bar pops up over it.  Looks like a Z order problem.  Hopefully this screen shot will help.

Try holding down the Shift key when launching PM 5.  It should reset the layout to the default layout.
