I just updated to the new version Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 13645 (f749491) on my 2012 MacBook Air and can no longer advance to the next or previous photo while in zoomed view or in preview using my mouse wheel.  I went to preferences to check the settings and changed it to scroll view and it works fine scrolling around the photo.
This stopped advancing right after the new update.
Same mouse on my other Macbook Pro running the previous version of PM works fine.

The next build of Photo Mechanic will have a scroll wheel sensitivity setting just for the Preview window.

It should arrive next week.

I hope it is going to arrive soon! Today´s update did not help. I am very unhappy about it!

None of the 100 positions in the Preview preferences scroll wheel sensitivity work for you?

Are you sure you're adjusting the correct scroll wheel sensitivity slider?  It is the one in the Preview preferences, not the Contact Sheet preferences.

Here is a screen shot with some explanation of what the various positions of the Mouse wheel sensitivity slider in the Preview window does.

Hi Kirk,
thank you so much for the hint! All is fine now!
As an excuse I mention that I am not a native speaker and it is not always easy to understand all the stuff in the preferences...
Anyway:
VERY HAPPY AGAIN!

Greetings from Austria,
Manfred
