Transfer PM to a new Computer (Mac)

What are the right steps for transferring PM (5.0)  to a new Computer (MAC OS 10.8.3)?

1. Migrating the computer with the Max OS X tools
2. fresh install

Do i have to deactivate the license?

Both will likely work so just do what you prefer.

To my knowledge there is no possibility to deactivate the license (Camerabits uses other methods to determine license abuse)
