I export from Lightroom and have PM watching a folder & want IPTC to be applied automatically to the photos.

Also whenever I put my card in a the reader a pop up asks me if I want to ingest. How do I turn that off?

Any help appreciated  :)

You can set this in the preferences on the general tab “On mount of Camera Disk:”

Have you already tried to use the live ingest feature? You can find it under the file menu.
With live ingest you can apply a stationary pad to the files automatically.

Hope this helps.

I do it the other way round. Ingest in LR, crop, edit, sharpen, export to the watched folder in PM.

It's just the way I am used to doing it, but appreciate that I may have to change the way I work and ingest in to PM first choice which photos I want and then go in to LR to edit.
