Multi color designation, as for Pano stock

PM 5.1 and win 7,  Surely there is a way to change/assign a color code to more than 1 Image at a time, I do a lot of Pano, and it is wrist wasting to click and color so many pics.   I have clicked on most everything looking for a  way to do this.

Yes, indeed there is a way to bulk assign tag, rating, and color class.  Please see the following documentation on the Image menu:
