slow upload to photoshelter
« on: June 18, 2013, 09:41:15 AM »
Hi Kirk,  Odd problem.  When I upload to photoshelter, one of the upload channels moves REALLY slowly  (35 kb/sec).  The other upload channel zooms at 1500+.  Any idea of what is going on?  Have only recently had this problem.  OS 10.8.2   photomechanic 4.6.8

No, no ideas.  Please get Photo Mechanic version 4.6.9 though.  It has a number of fixes in it for compatibility with later OSes like Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.8.

Kirk,  Just downloaded the new version but my computer tells me that because of my security preferences I can open it because it is from an unidentified developer.  any suggestions?

Only Photo Mechanic 5 participates in Mac OS X 10.8's Gatekeeper system.  So anyone who uses an older version of PM will have to make an exception to allow it to run on Mac OS X 10.8+.
