How to delete saved template names

I have a MBP with Mountain Lion (10.8.4) and I am running Photo Mechanic 5.0, build 13915 (a16ea99).
I use file rename templates as well as FTP Upload templates based on what newspaper I am shooting for.
They work great, but I can not figure out how to delete old unused templates.  Hoping someone can assist.
I have added an attachment for clarification.

You can option-click on any of the names to open the files themselves in a Finder window. From there you can move any template of your choice to the recycling.

That was helpful. I was beginning to wonder how to clear some irrelevant templates and think I would have to read through the instructions again.
