Colour files

I saw a YouTube video where the guy was able to right click on files in navigator and select a colour for them. I cannot get this to work with my windows system. Any reason?

I believe this feature only works on Apple systems.

Boo what a shame. Any chance of an update to allow it on Windows developers?

Color labels on files and folders are a feature in Mac OS X that doesn't exist in Windows.
