Can't open program

I am running PM 5 on a windows 7 laptop. I think it is the latest build, but it could be the one before. When I try to open the program, I instantly get an error message stating that the file "mfc100u.dll" cannot be found. I did a search and found the file in Windows/system32 folder. It recommends reloading the program, but I do not have a hard copy of the program, since I upgraded from v 4.6.8 online.

Can I move the file to a different folder, or where can I download the program again?

You can download 4.6.9 from http://www.camerabits.com/downloads

If the installer has trouble writing to the system folder then try right-clicking on PMSetup4.6.9.exe and choose "Run As Administrator"

It sounds like you have already upgraded your license to PM 5 so make sure you run the Photo Mechanic 5 installer which you can download here:

 http://www.camerabits.com/downloads

If it doesn't install correctly, run the installer as Administrator (like in the post above) and it should be able to install what it needs in order to run on your system.
