Filmstrip at the bottom in preview

I saw Jason O'dell's tutorial on PM with Lightroom. He has the filmstrip in preview at the bottom.
I have mine (see attached file) vertical on left. Can I change that?

Certainly.  Click on the item in the toolbar that looks like an 'L'.
