5dMKii Ingest Issue

Hi there,

I've searched and haven't found an answer so I'm asking here. I'm sure it's something that I've done, or not done, but when I connect my 5dMKii to my Mac and open PM5, it doesn't show as an option for ingest - but it should be showing up, right?

If your camera can be put in disk mode then PM will see it.  Otherwise you'll need to use a dedicated card reader.
