I recently needed to do a time-machine restore on my Macbook Pro (late 2013 Retina model) with OSX Mavericks. When starting Photomechanic, it asks me for my registration info which I enter, and after entering my password to launch the helper installer, it exits the software without completing registration. So I'm stuck using a trial for now...
I've tried the following:
-deleting all the pref files in the Library/Prefs folder & restarting PM
-deleting all the pref files and deleting/reinstalling PM (Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 15800 (e6ecc1c))
-running repair disk/repair permissions on my drive through the Disk Utilities
-all combinations of the above
It doesn't give me any sort of error message or anything, it just quits out of PM and doesn't register my software. Please advise.
