In the Navigator Pane, create a new folder "folder name" it will create it. However, if you change your mind, and try to change it to "Folder Name", it will not do it. You need to make it like "Folder Name 1", and then go back in, and remove the 1. Then it honor the upper/lowercase change, but only after the extra steps.
