Credit line.
« on: September 14, 2014, 08:14:10 AM »
Hello people.

I would like to ask for your help.

I've using PM for a long time and it's really an amazing program, love it.

I would like to ask for your help:

I send my photos with my credit line checked, but when the images appear at the Agency webpage I work, the credit doesn't show in there. I've talk with other collegues of the Agency, that use PM 5.0, (the same I use), and they don't have that problem.

Can you please help me?

THanks in advance!
José Luis Silva

How do you upload your images?  If you're using one of PM's uploaders, are you applying an IPTC Stationery Pad during the upload?  If so, check to see if your IPTC Stationery Pad has the Credit field set to be cleared.  Otherwise, post one of your images and we'll take a look at its metadata.

Thanks for the reply Kirk...

I'm using the FTP uploader of the PM... but it don't add any data to the photos...

Please, take a look at one of my photos...

I clearly see your "AGIF" on the Credit line.  Now how about getting the same photo back from the server?

Kirk thanks for the reply...

Here goes the photo: please take note that, I've had manually inserted the credit line "Jose Luis Silva/AGIF".

I need to see the image that arrived on the server that has a missing credit line and not one that you added it on after it arrived on the server.

Thanks,

-Kirk

I need to see the image that arrived on the server that has a missing credit line and not one that you added it on after it arrived on the server.  I'd also like to see a screen shot of your FTP Uploader settings (blur out any sensitive info) please.

Thanks,

-Kirk
