Cropping in Adobe Camera Raw

WhenI crop in camera raw, the crop marks appear in pictures in the PM folder. Why and can I prevent this?

Harvey,

ACR and Photo Mechanic use the same cropping mechanism.  They're interchangeable.  You can remove the crop in PM if you want, but it will also be removed from ACR.

In my case, I find this crop marks really useful.
I have the original image with crop marks and the cropped version.
