Code replacements get stuck
« on: August 01, 2015, 01:52:47 AM »
When using code replacements if I add a new code it works fine. If I decide to go back and re-caption a previous event and I load a previous code it ignores the data and keeps with the latest. The only way is to delete the latest one, or reimport the previous. This is on Windows 7 64 bit. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm not sure if I can follow you here. Photomechanic will apply all code replacements that you have loaded, so if you have multiple code replacement files loaded, PM will look in all of those for the replacement text. This works fine as long as your code replacement files do not (re)define the same code, otherwise the last active will always be taken. And this may be the wrong one for you. I guess this is your issue? If so, other than telling PM not to use a particular code replacement file, there is no real solution I guess...
