Can't see my Navigator Panel

I am running Photo Mechanic version 5, build 16438 on an iMac With OSx Yosemite, Version 10.10.4

I downloaded PM's trial version but it won't show me the Favourite/ Navigator Panel. I don't know if it is something I have done or what but can't seem to figure it out.

Sorry if this question has been asked before-I did try looking but couldn't find anything!

Along the left side of the Contact Sheet window is a vertical splitter bar.  It has a small gray dimple at its vertical center.  If you click and drag it to the right, you'll see your Favorites/Navigator/Tasks panes.

Double-clicking on the splitter will also restore/hide it.
