What version of PM are you running?
What OS are you running?

Have you tried quitting and relaunching PM?

4.5.1.1 on Win XP

does PM write any files to the memory card from which it's ingesting?  i tried quitting (well, killing the process) and restarting, even reinstalling the app, but no use.

thx

It does write one really tiny file called .pmingest.dat which is used for incremental Ingest.

Can you manually copy the files off the card with Windows Explorer?

Kirk,

I manually removed the .dat file from the memory card, and this resolved the problem...

Did you have Ingest set to do an Incremental Ingest?

Yes, incremental ingest was checked.
