Transfering IPTC information within a network

We have a group of 18 PM users on one windows computer in our office.  Each user has his/her own desktop with a shortcut to PM.  We would like the keywords to transfer between each users desktop, but currently as a user adds keywords they stay only on his/her IPTC pad. 

Is there a way to transfer the IPTC info?

Sure.  In the Keywords editor dialog (choose Edit Keywords... from the popup menu next to the Keywords field) you can Export to a text file.  Then on each system use the Keywords editor dialog and Import the text file.
