don't know if it's a feature that hasn't been implemented yet, however I can't seem to store email addresses in the email page, there is the drop down arrow next to the field however it doesn't appear to work.

Any ideas?

That popup menu is populated from items in the Mac OS X Address Book application.  Do you keep your email addresses there?

It already does that.  You have to type the email address, not the Name.  Then it autocompletes.

No.  I don't believe that there is a public API available to get at the Entourage address book.

If you have have version 11.2.3 or later of Entourage there is now an option under Preferences > Sync Services to keep Entourage's address book automatically synced with the Apple Address Book. Works well in my experience and should solve your problem.
