How many devices / computers can you put the soft wear on with one license

I found this in the EULA for the Photo Mechanic software:

Single User License.  This is a single-user Agreement, and allows you to install Photo Mechanic on up to three machines (for example: a computer at work, a computer at home, and a laptop) as long as each machine is owned by you and you are only one with access to Photo Mechanic.
