Problem with modified "Print" command

PM 5.0, build 17146; WIN 8.1 pro

I like to print Contact Sheets with 48 thumbnails on 20 x 30 cm (print to PDF as an overview for a client). I use a snapshot (with 8 Rows, 6 Columns) that worked fine over years.
I always get the message "Error: thumbnail size too small"

I still get the error message if I reduce the number of rows and columns (+ reduce the page margins + change the printer).
So it seems impossible for me to use PM for printing contact sheets right now.

Any solution?

Problem solved!
I have to set the page margins to "0" in the Select Printer dialogue (preset was 25mm and I changed it serveral times - but 0 semms to be correct + it works fine now).
