So this option would make a copy of the folder w/ sub folders and make a duplicate of it with only the perimeters you need.  So say you want only 3stars and up.  Then the Duplicate folder would only have those files.  Hope that makes sense.

Why not use the Star Rating Filter widget to filter down to only the three star items, select all, then copy/move?

It is only a couple of mouse clicks and keystrokes.  Complicating the Copy/Move dialog is not something we want to do.
