Network Drive Access Issues

I have PM running on a Dell laptop which recently upgraded to the Windows Home 10 1607.  I have also just upgraded PM to the 17719 build.  My photos are stored on my home network on another computer.  I access the drive as a network location.  It is not mapped to drive ID (like Z:).  When creating folders, copying files, other file activities from within PM I am getting errors that I do not have permissions for the drive I'm trying to access.  I can access and do all saves, etc. to the network drive from the desktop.
