copying a snapshot

I use my desktop for editing images with LightRoom and PhotoShop, captioning with PhotoMechanic.  Currently I'm working on a series of church mosaics that require fairly long, detailed, but similar  captions for each location.
Just purchased a cheap laptop and installed PhotoMechanic so I can work on captions at the coffee shop.

Any way to copy snapshots from the laptop to the desktop so I can apply the same metadata from wherever I'm working?

Yes, you can export them from your main computer to your laptop, or you can copy them from your main computer to your laptop.
