Image size at 100% view
« on: December 22, 2016, 02:18:47 PM »
I am running hoto Mechanic Version 5.0, build 17719 (c8049ca) on iMac (Retina 5K) running MacOS Sierra version 10.12.2.
When I view an image at 100% in PM it is 2x the size displayed by Lightroom CC 2015 and Canon DPP4 when set to 100%.
Is there a setting to correct this?

This will likely solve your problem: in the Preview section of the Preferences dialog, change the popup menu to the left of the text that reads "High DPI Display Quality:" to "Best".  There is a matching setting for thumbnails in the Contact Sheet section of the Preferences dialog.

This will use 4x the memory of the standard setting, but will look much better on a Retina display.
