Hi Patrick,
If you contact Customer Service folks directly, they can work with you to identify which machines are currently active. If you are able to give them the "machine ID" of each computer with Photo Mechanic that you want to keep activated, it will make things quicker.
- Start the Photo Mechanic program
- In the main menu, select "About Photo Mechanic 5"
- After the "About" dialog comes up, hold down the Shift key and click "OK"
- Copy down the numbers shown or take a screen shot and include them in your request
