Geting my images into Lighroom 5

Hi all
I been watching the windows video how to get your images into lightroom on the support it going OK till i try to click on the images to drag to LR! I using Windows 10 64 bit on my laptop i try right clinking but i don't get any + sign pop up?

I hope some can help please?

Hi Brian,

  The image hand-off from PM to LR is a bit more specific for the Windows environment.  Lightroom must be running in the background and have the Import module selected.  When you drag the selected images from Photo Mechanic, drag the selection all the way into Lightroom's window that will show the thumbnails to be imported.
